Story
Since I was young, my mum has always reminded me of one important thing, to be financially independent and never fully depend on anyone else.
Growing up, she taught me that life is all about balance. If you work hard, you deserve to enjoy life too. That mindset became something I carried with me throughout every stage of my life.
While studying marketing in University, I was also helping out with my parents’ business. Watching them work tirelessly to build a stable life for the family made me realize how important financial stability and hard work truly are. At the same time, I discovered something about myself, I loved taking initiative, meeting people, and creating opportunities instead of waiting for them to happen.
Among my friends, I’ve always been the planner, organizing trips, bringing people together, and making things happen. I naturally enjoy connecting with others, listening to their stories, and helping where I can. Over time, I realized that this passion aligned perfectly with financial consulting because it’s not just about numbers or policies. It’s about helping people build confidence, security, and a future they can look forward to.
Making the switch into this industry after working a full-time job was honestly a huge leap of faith for me. Stepping into something unfamiliar can be scary, especially when you’re leaving behind comfort and certainty. But deep down, I knew that growth only happens when you dare to challenge yourself.
That’s also why I enjoy rock climbing and bouldering. Every climb teaches me something valuable, sometimes the path isn’t obvious, sometimes you fall, and sometimes you feel stuck halfway. But every challenge pushes you to become stronger, think differently, and trust yourself more. I see my career journey the same way.
Today, my goal is not only to achieve financial independence for myself, but also to inspire and guide others to do the same. I want people to know that no matter where they start from, with the right mindset, discipline, and guidance, they have the power to build the life they truly want.
