Financial Services Consultant
Story
My journey into financial advisory started during my university days, when I was exploring what kind of career would truly allow me to make a meaningful impact in people’s lives.
Coming from an accountancy and business background, I realised I naturally enjoyed understanding how financial decisions affect a person’s long term stability, whether it is cash flow, protection, retirement, or legacy planning. But more importantly, I found fulfilment in helping people gain clarity and confidence over their future.
What drew me into this industry was the opportunity to go beyond just selling products. To me, financial planning should never be transactional. It should be about understanding a person’s life goals, concerns, family responsibilities, and building solutions that genuinely support them through different stages of life.
Over the years, I have worked closely with working professionals, pre-retirees, retirees, and business owners in Singapore. Through these experiences, I realised that many people are not lacking financial products, they are lacking proper guidance, clarity, and someone they can genuinely trust to look at their overall situation objectively.
This shaped the way I approach my work today. I believe in taking a comprehensive and needs-based approach, helping clients simplify complex financial matters and structure plans that align with their actual needs and priorities.
What keeps me motivated is knowing that the work we do can make a real difference — whether it is helping a family prepare for retirement, ensuring healthcare protection is properly planned for, or assisting clients with estate planning and legacy matters for their loved ones.
Beyond technical knowledge, I hope clients remember me as someone who is genuine, professional, and always willing to go the extra mile to help them make informed decisions with confidence.
